ABOUT RREEF
Education changes what’s possible.
We remove barriers, expand opportunity, and help students and families build stronger futures across North Louisiana.
WHO WE ARE
A local foundation built around access and opportunity.
Founded in 2019 in Shreveport, Louisiana, the Red River Education & Empowerment Foundation supports underserved communities through education, mentorship, scholarships, civic engagement, and practical resources.
We believe a person’s background or circumstances should never determine how far they can go. Our work connects learners with the support they need to move forward with confidence.
OUR MISSION
Create a clear path forward.
To break down barriers to learning and create opportunities for every individual to thrive through education, mentorship, scholarships, and community support.
OUR VISION
Opportunity within everyone’s reach.
A future where quality education and meaningful opportunity are available to all—regardless of background, income, or circumstance.
